View demo / Real product workflow

See the review before the release.

Try the same spreadsheet importer and review checks used in the app. Start with a fictional roster or bring a small, non-sensitive CSV or XLSX test file. No account required.

What you will actually see

  1. 01

    Choose a layout and worksheet

Try a horizontal matrix, transposed matrix or shift list. For a workbook with several sheets, select the one to review.

  2. 02

    Start with the review actions

See the counts and date window first. Click an action to open its correction panel; information icons explain what needs attention.

  3. 03

    Confirm values and refresh

Unfamiliar daily labels start with their source text. Confirm or replace them, resolve date and duplicate decisions, then refresh. Explore the first-100-entry sample in 10-row pages. Publishing stays disabled in the demo.

A sandbox, not a sales mock-up

What matches the app?

The sandbox uses RosterField's actual CSV/XLSX import and review parser and the app's review styling. It does not simulate a successful publication or invent a worker link. The signed-in app adds project access, roster history and the final publication step.

Before you upload

Use a test file, not employee data.

A file you choose here is uploaded to our server for temporary processing. The public sandbox accepts CSV or XLSX up to 2 MB, 300 rows and 90 columns. Its files and session are kept in private, separate demo storage, expire after 20 minutes and are removed on a subsequent visit or scheduled cleanup. Avoid real names, employment numbers and other sensitive information.

Questions before you try it

A practical way to explore

Can I publish from the demo?

No. The Publish button is disabled. No demo file is added to your account, tenant, project or live worker roster.

Will any workbook work?

No automatic import fits every format. Review the detected layout and fields; some files need manual mapping or source corrections. The signed-in app allows larger imports.
